Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped UPS Signature required. All merchandise will be shipped as soon as we receive it from our mfg. Ground shipping charges are $15.00 per order for most dresses. This includes orders with more than one dress going to the same location.  $10.00  for most accessories. Dresses and can take 4-16 weeks to arrive. Accessories are usually shipped with in 4-8 weeks. 2nd day air shipments are $55.00 and Overnight delivery is available call eBridalSuperStore 1-866-223-2200 for rates. All express deliveries are shipped out once they arrive from our mfg. Please note that our carriers do not ship on weekends so if a package ships on Fri. overnight you will not receive it until Mon.  Should you receive the wrong  merchandise or if it  arrives damaged from shipping immediately contact us so we can remedy the situation.  We will replace damaged or wrongly shipped merchandise as quickly as possible.

International Duty Charges

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE: All imported items are subject to duty charges from your local customs department. To find out what your duty charge would be please contact your local customs dept in your country. This applies to all orders shipped outside the U.S.A. 
(Note, Bonny and Jim Hjelm merchandise cannot be shipped internationally.)

Available only to non-continental residents and APO/FPO military destinations

Upgrading Shipping will ONLY speed up shipping time, NOT production time. If you need your dress earlier than the 4-16 week period, please contact us about the manufacturers rush options and approximate delivery dates.

All rates are subject to change based on weight, dimensions, and destination of package.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our business all sales are final. The gowns you order are made for you. An order Cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or changed once it is processed.

We sell 1^st quality merchandise only, meaning everything is brand new directly from the manufacturer. If you receive your gown with any manufacturers defect contact us immediately and we will replace the gown no questions asked. EBridalSuperstore can only replace defective merchandise with the same style, size and color item. No refunds will be given. We will take care of any shipping costs incurred for returned items.

Errors and Omissions Policy

We reserve the right to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. We endeavor to accurately describe every product offered for sale; however, mistakes can sometimes be made. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product description, pricing or offers is subject to correction and verification.
