I loved my Forever Yours dress from the moment I saw it and actually spent very little time even exploring other dress options. Living in South Africa, buying imported dresses from SA suppliers are extremely costly and really out of my league! I immediately went onto the internet and could not believe the incredibly low prices Ebridalsuperstore was offering! I looked for reviews on Ebridalstore and could not find any negative feedback and so, I closed my eyes and took the leap of faith. 

I was definitely nervous of shipping a wedding dress internationally and dreamt up all the worries and concerns of what could go wrong! I received my dress on Friday and, although the import duties were a little more than what I was quoted originally by the SA customs department, the dress fits like a glove (no alterations needed), is in perfect condition (even after thousands of miles) and I am the happiest bride alive! Because the dress was folded as neatly as it was, the dress did not crease as much as I expected it would. Even with the additional import costs, I still saved a lot of money by ordering from Ebridalsuperstore!

I knew which dress I wanted because I had tried it on previously in a bridal shop and of course their prices are outrageous and on top of that I was going to need it rushed to me in order to get it on time for my wedding. I came across your site and wasn't sure if it a hoax or not, so I took a chance and I called your customer service number to ask a couple questions. I spoke to a wonderfully polite lady named, Anna, and she answered all my questions and more without getting frustrated or worked up that I seemed to be asking the same questions making sure it was true. A few days later, I called again to order my dress, speaking to Anna again, and she reassured me that my dress would arrive safe and sound a few weeks before the wedding date. I was comforted by the thought.

It was no later than a week and a half after I ordered the dress that it was in my arms and fit perfectly. I thank you so much for your wonderful customer service and the truly great options you gave me for ordering my dress. Your system was easy to understand and I just thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me my wonderful designer dress at the price it should be, not at the price other bridal shops charge to make a pretty penny.
